Smart Thermostat at a Steal of a Price But with a Major Shortcoming 4-month Update: It has been working great, no phone connectivity issues, or weird behavior. However, now that it is getting chilly here (~40F) for a few days and then getting warm (~90F) the rest of the week, I tried to use the “auto” mode. Good value for HomeKit wifi thermostat *10 month Uodate* – After multiple software and app updates, the idevice thermostat is proving to be much easier to control and seems very stable. My one complaint is that I prefer how my ecobee3 handles setting your temperature. With ecobee3, you set a top and bottom temperature and leave it in automatic mode.
