Great camera I was reluctant to buy one of these based on a couple of reviews. What I found was it was easy to set up when I followed the instructions. Ha. Once hooked up and connected to my Nexia it was perfect. Great wide angle view and very sharp with good colors. I’m far from tech savvy but I managed to do it. My best guess is someone else had set it up on … My “new” camera would not register with Nexia as the MAC address had already been added to another account… I called Nexia technical support & they were able to clear out the registration so we could use it. My best guess is someone else had set it up on a Nexia account, tried it out & decided they did not want it, then returned it to Amazon! If that was the case, it was in perfect condition and works as it should so I can’t fault Amazon for someone’s weirdness. Nexia support…
